RMA application form

You can apply for an RMA for up to ten (10) disposable products at the time. Please submit one (1) picture of the products and make sure the brand, flavor and concentration are clearly visible on each items in the photo.

* if you are having trouble taking a picture that details all of the required elements on each products, we suggest submitting multiple smaller RMA applications so you have less products in the photo.
